Zapraszamy na warsztaty RADIATING VOICE prowadzone przez Emmę Bonnici.
Zajęcia służyć będą zarówno rozwijaniu fizycznych właściwości głosu jak i osobistej ekspresji uczestników.
Dostęp do nowych możliwości głosu zapewnią ćwiczenia świadomości ciała i techniki emisji, praca z wyobraźnią, śpiew wielogłosowy pieśni pochodzących z różnych kultur. Większość ćwiczeń będzie zespołowa, znajdzie się też miejsce na indywidualną pracę.
Dla kogo:
Wiele osób stara się dziś znaleźć własny głos i odwagę, aby wyrazić siebie, być wysłuchanym i widzianym. Wiele osób śpiewa profesjonalnie czy też amatorsko i czuję, że są aspekty ich głosu i ciała, które można byłoby rozwinąć. Ten warsztat jest dobrym dla nich miejscem.
Zapraszamy profesjonalistów i amatorów. Potrzebna jest chęć odkrywania nowych możliwości i pójścia do przodu w pracy. Warsztaty są intensywne. Oczekiwana jest obecność na wszystkich zajęciach
Zajęcia prowadzone są w j. angielskim i tłumaczone na j. polski.
Prowadząca:
Emma Bonnici – kto był na fenomenalnym spektaklu „Return to the Voice” Teatru Pieśń Kozła ten mógł usłyszeć i zachwycić się jej głosem i umiejętnościami. Emma ukończyła Central School of Speech and Drama, współpracowała z wrocławskim Teatrem Zar.
Jest niezwykłą nauczycielką, emanuje mocnym przekonaniem, że każdy ma dostęp do wielu możliwości śpiewu. Potrafi inspirować, wspierać i rozwijać głosy swoich uczniów. Uczy wrażliwości i tworzenia harmonii.

Welcome to the weekend workshop of Radiating Voice with Emma Bonnici. This workshop introduces participants to both the technical and personal aspects of voice. In this workshop voices is accessed through physical work and imagery as well as singing songs that are rooted in ancient traditions. The work is ensemble work, with space inside for individual journeys.
Many people nowadays are seeking to find their own personal voice and have the courage to express themselves and be heard or seen. Others find that they love singing or do it professionally, but feel that one aspect of their voice or body is still closed to them. This work is a place for them.
By combining both the technical aspects- such as opening and locating resonators, activating vocal support and releasing tensions- with personal and individual imagination and needs, the work provides structure and specific vocal expressions, but bypasses „rule” based teaching that so often obliges one to conform and so lose individual expression.
The weekend workshop is made up of 16 participants so as to allow more space for an individual and a more personally guided journey within the group.
All are welcome to apply for the workshop both professionals and non- professionals. The needs are: basic fitness, a desire to explore and the willingness to go forward into the work. The work is quite focused and participants needs to be able to come to the whole weekend. Trousers and a top that are comfortable and can be moved in should be worn and Work will happen mostly in bare feet. Please bring water.
Emma Bonnici is an actor, singer and teacher.
For the last 8 years Emma has been working in Wroclaw with two multi award winning companies of international renown: Teatr Piesn Kozla and Teatr Zar. The work is both physical and vocal and works strongly with the integration of both aspects as well as the integration of the individual with the ensemble.
Working with these companies has allowed many first hand contacts with master singers, ranging from Siberians to Armenians and Persians. Emma has also been on research expeditions to Georgia, Armenia and Sicily to learn song and sounds from the people who still hold original and ancient traditions of music and polyphony. It is these sources that inspire many of the choices for the songs that are taught in the class.
As a voice teacher Emma believes powerfully in the idea of voice and song as an expression of oneself and ones “story” and to this end she believes that everyone can sing. These stories and expressions through voice can be accessed in many different ways, through songs, through working with the body and sound and through group singing and polyphonic music.
Currently Emma is performing with Piesn Kozla in Piesn Leara, Portrety Wiśniowego Sadu and Return to the Voice.
